About A Chair AAC12 is part of HAY’s About A collection, created in close collaboration with designer Hee Welling, featuring chairs with outstanding simplicity and combinability.
The chair’s streamlined seat is crafted from recycled polypropylene, and its wooden frame is made from oak and finished with an eco-friendly water-based lacquer. In 2023, HAY updated the entire About A Collection with shells made from 100 % post-consumer plastic.
